Services Sdn Bhd that was incorporated on 27 Sept 2000 as a main business in
chemical cleaning services, lube oil flushing, tank cleaning and pipeline
services the company moved forward dynamically with it vision and mission to
become one of the key player in the oil and gas business for nationwide.
For the company to
grow as per vision set up, the implementation of business focusing strategy is
a key factor in moving forward, hence, DISYA Resources Sdn Bhd was incorporated
on 09 July 2010 to focus on the Industrial Cleaning Services whilst SYAMIRAS
Services Sdn Bhd is focusing on the Pipeline Services.
With high
professionalism personnel and proven technology, the business has been expanded
to middle east market with the first chemical cleaning project in Saudi Arabia
performed by DISYA Resources Sdn Bhd in early of 2011.
DISYA Supply And
Trading Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 04
May 2012 with the business focusing on the fertilizer and chemical trading as
well as supply of oil and gas product.
By looking to the
business expansion growth, the management has decided to put all the companies
in one group, hence, SYAMIRAS Group Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 02 August 2012
to simplify the management of business carried on by subsidiary and affiliate company.
Hence to compliment
the expertise and experience in the field of oil and gas upstream, the top
management has decided to set up a company to explore the area, then SYAMIRAS
Oilfield Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 12 December 2012 and advance, to run well
Stimulation and Enhanced Oil Recovery Services.
To support all the
companies in the group in leading their services, DISYA Research And
Development Sdn Bhd was incorporated
on 09 February 2013 for the development
of new and enhance technology to ensure the services offer is meeting the
customer needs on time and on budget.
In the realization of
our vision and mission, the company continues to move forward in a dynamic with
good Safety, Quality and on Schedule as KPI and it will be rolled out across
the world with a view like our value below.
